Please come at least 15 minutes before the appointed time for your treatment. We remind you that if you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

You cannot reserve a particular staff member. We will attempt to accommodate your preferences as far as our daily work schedules allow.

The spa provides guests with bathrobes, slippers, towels and disposable linens.


The atmosphere at the Cefalù Sea Palace is calm and relaxing. We ask that you respect the privacy and serenity of the other guests by avoiding the use of cell phones. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the spa.

Cancellations: Treatments that are not cancelled by 7:00pm the day before will be automatically charged to your account, or cancelled, in the case of treatments that are part of a package deal.
